Shipping
New Orders
All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). After receiving your order confirmation email, you will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Canadian Flat Rate Shipping
We ship via Canada Post Expedited shipping. Canadian orders are $20, excluding the Territories and Newfoundland which has flat rate shipping of $40.
Local Pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our farm just outside of Consecon, Ontario at 206 Stinson Block Road. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready within 2 business days. You will receive an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
International Shipping
We do not currently offer international shipping.
Checking Order Status
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include a Canada Post tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at randeesbeesshop@gmail.com. Please include your name and order number.
Returns & Refunds
Honey
You can return or exchange unopened and sealed honey products within 14 days of the date you received the product. Unsealed/opened jars of honey cannot be returned. We are always happy to resolve any issues that have occurred during the process of your online order, delivery, or shipping.

Please include all products along with the original receipt within 14 days of the date you receive the product. We will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method.
